I am still on the first bottle and have been taking for a few weeks. I can't report any clear benefits yet. It seems like I am able to work out harder and longer, but hard to tell if it's tied to that or not. Not seeing anything major in gains, but that's slower for me as I'm 50

At first it made me feel kind of weird but after taking it for a week I feel great. It gives me a lot of energy and I feel stronger already. I definitely would recommend this product.
