Shipping & Returns
Black Lion Research takes pride in making sure every customer has a positive experience. Customers can confidently order knowing that you will never receive a poor product.
SHIPPING POLICY
All ordered are processed for shipping Monday through Friday and are shipped via USPS.
Once you receive tracking it can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update on USPS website. In some cases it takes longer. This is not something we can control. If you received a tracking email from us then your package has been shipped from us and USPS has it.
ORDER PROCESSING
Standard processing time is 3-5 days for all items that are in stock. Processing times are not calculated in the estimated delivery times. Orders are not processed on weekends or major US holidays.
USPS SHIPPING
USPS Flat rate shipping generally takes between 3 to 5 days to receive.
USPS priority shipping generally takes between 2-3 days to receive.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERY TIMES!
Shipping is handled by USPS. We rely solely on their tracking to indicate if a package was delivered or not. If tracking indicates your package was delivered we cannot refund or reship your package.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
Only unopened items can be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
If you are missing an item or the item that you receive is damaged, then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
If a refund is deemed necessary, then we will manually refund your transaction for the appropriate amount for the returned items. Charge backs will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
Refunds will only be issued after all unopened items in the original package have been returned to us, including free promotional items. Please always contact us first because most issues can be resolved very easily.
If a product is missing from your order, then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
INTERNATIONAL
We are not responsible for any international order once shipped. This is because customs and international shippers become involved who's reliability may vary and is outside of our ability to control.
Customers take full responsibility for any orders placed and or shipped to an address outside the USA once the item has been shipped by Black Lion Research.
